Afri Seasons do not handle shipping. All shipment and fulfillment of orders is carried out by the vendor using any means preferred. We however, make sure orders are shipped before releasing payments to Vendors. Orders on hold will not be shipped. 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery of your order is subject to item availability, your location and the shipping method selected for the order. When the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. In-Stock items are shipped as soon as possible. On average, all orders will be shipped 15 minutes after payment receipt.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping methods range from Lalamove, Grab Express, TokTok, Keri etc. Shipping method may vary and depending on your location.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated by third party couriers as mentioned above.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Vendors may provide tracking information for your order once the order has been shipped.
