1. Ordering & Payment

Full payment is required at confirmation via card, mobile payment, or online transfer.

Prices may change, but the confirmed order price is final.

2. Preorders & Snack Orders

Preorders for snacks are required at least one day in advance to ensure availability and quality.

Same-day snack orders require a minimum waiting time of 1 hour for fresh preparation. We appreciate your patience.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within designated areas with applicable fees.

Estimated delivery times may vary.

Pickup orders should be collected within the specified time for freshness.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once prepared or dispatched.

Refunds are only issued for incorrect or undelivered orders, reported within 30 minutes.

Complaints must be supported with valid proof.

5. Food Quality & Allergies

We maintain high food safety standards.

Customers with allergies should review the menu carefully and contact us for details.
