Once approved, prepare the order for pickup/delivery. Customer is notified automatically.

When order is ready, click "Ready to Ship" – customer gets tracking notification.

How delivery works on Afri Seasons

Delivery Partners: Lalamove & Grab

All deliveries are arranged via Lalamove or Grab. Customers pay delivery fee directly to the rider upon delivery.

Customer selects delivery address and payment method. Delivery fee is TBA (to be paid to rider).

Review and approve the order. Customer is notified immediately.

Prepare & Contact Customer
Prepare the order. Contact customer via WhatsApp or phone to arrange pickup/delivery time.

Soon: One-click Lalamove booking directly from your dashboard! Click the link and delivery is arranged automatically.

Important

Customers pay delivery fees DIRECTLY to the rider. Afri Seasons never collects delivery fees. Make sure to confirm delivery fee with the rider before dispatch.

Commission-Free Platform

Afri Seasons charges ZERO commission on your sales! You keep 100% of your product earnings minus a small service fee that helps maintain the platform.

How Earnings Work

When do I get paid?
When a customer places an order and you approve it, earnings are credited to your wallet immediately.

How do I withdraw?
Go to Wallet → Withdraw. Enter amount and bank details. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days.

How do I get paid?
Earnings are credited to your wallet when you approve an order. You can withdraw to your bank account from Wallet → Withdraw.
When will I receive my withdrawal?
Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days after request. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
How does delivery work?
Customers arrange delivery via Lalamove/Grab. They pay the delivery fee directly to the rider. You just need to prepare the order for pickup.
